- Support a fully remote organization of approximately 150 employees across Commercial, G&A, Clinical, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to US-based managers, coaching them through real-world challenges.
- Identify manager capability gaps and design targeted interventions.
- Manage complex employee situations involving performance issues, team dynamics, org design, and leadership transitions.
- Drive People programs and initiatives across the US in partnership with the broader People Operations team.
- Guide managers through the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance calibration, and development.
- Monitor retention, engagement, and org health using data to identify and mitigate risks.
- Use AI tools to automate repeatable work, accelerate analysis, and build smarter workflows.
