Senior Platform Engineer

Lead infrastructure projects for assigned brands, including migrations, performance and reliability improvements, incident response practices, containerization, and cloud cost optimizations.
Establish or upgrade CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, alerting, and SLO-aligned dashboards.
Baseline and improve reliability using data.
Advise brand CTOs and engineering leads on architecture and trade-offs, explaining decisions with clear reasoning and measurable outcomes.
Contribute to and use central services such as observability and backups.
Collaborate with developers during product-team engagements and troubleshoot across application and infrastructure boundaries.
Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex for infrastructure as code, scripting, and incident diagnosis, and help brand teams adopt these workflows.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
