Requirements:
  • Profound experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in guiding the business on scalable people processes, and great employee experience.
  • Great communication skills, including coaching, facilitation, and mediation.
  • A data-driven and strategic mindset.
  • The ability to adapt and excel when business plans change.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and resources, preferably in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic and scalable solutions in the HR space while owning our processes from onboarding to exit.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess and anticipate people-related topics, ensuring high performance of the teams, as well as resolving possible conflicts.
  • Advise people on their career progression, and learning & development needs.
  • Lead the HR programs and initiatives for the respective brands.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the people processes based on the current HR trends.
