Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, RevOps, Consulting, GTM Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness.
- 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with annual planning, workforce planning, capacity planning, or organizational design.
- Experience influencing VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
- Exceptional systems thinker.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Executive presence and influence.
- Strong business judgment.
- Ability to simplify ambiguity into actionable decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual planning for GTM and strategic investment planning.
- Establish prioritization frameworks for GTM initiatives and investments.
- Develop recommendations regarding resource allocation, organizational investments, and growth priorities.
- Define future-state GTM operating models, including organizational structures and workforce strategies.
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, ownership models, and decision rights.
- Establish governance forums, executive operating rhythms, and business review processes.
