Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Product Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, or Management Consulting.
- 5+ years of experience designing, defining, and scaling revenue growth motions or commercial architectures cross-functionally.
- Proven track record of driving strategic alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication skills with a history of influencing VP-level leaders without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with project management experience preferred.
- Experience within cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, or technology ecosystems preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud Marketplace co-sell infrastructure and partner ecosystems preferred.
- Experience bringing product and finance teams together for pricing/packaging design preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to define global growth initiatives.
- Partner with sales and analytics teams to identify new growth opportunities across segments and markets.
- Design and architect scalable land-and-expand, upsell, and cross-sell frameworks.
- Unify direct, partner-led, and specialist-led sales motions across multiple internal teams.
- Partner with sales leadership to optimize market coverage models and account segmentation.
- Bridge Product Management and Product Marketing to commercialize new offerings.
- Build and scale repeatable GTM launch mechanics to accelerate time-to-market.
