Job Details

6 to 11 years of combined law-firm and in-house experience.
JD from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in at least one US state.
Track record of operating independently and owning matters end to end.
Strong command of technology and commercial contracting.
Experience handling commercial, regulatory, privacy, corporate, and employment legal questions.
Practical, solutions-oriented approach to business partnership.
Ability to work effectively with incomplete information and competing priorities.
Experience in SaaS, payments/fintech, or regulated technology companies preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare or wellness industry regulation preferred.
Privacy experience beyond contract-level terms preferred.
Experience as an early or sole in-house attorney preferred.

Serve as the dedicated legal partner to a portfolio of product and business teams, providing day-to-day legal counsel on high-impact, fast-moving initiatives.
Advise on a broad range of legal matters, including payments and FinTech, healthcare/MedSpa compliance, consumer protection, marketing, privacy, data governance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements, from strategic partnerships and payments deals to customer contracts and renewals.
Own and continuously improve contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes to increase efficiency and consistency across the business.
Partner closely with Sales and GTM teams to balance legal risk with business velocity and enable faster deal execution.
Collaborate with Legal Operations to build scalable workflows, automate repeatable work, and continuously improve how Legal supports the business.
