Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years managing complex, large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs.
- Experience building new programs or initiatives from the ground up.
- Demonstrated experience operating with significant autonomy and ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven ability to communicate and build credibility with senior leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and understanding of group dynamics.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, creative problem solving, and judgment skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and partnerships, often starting from an undefined problem.
- Design new programs from first principles including strategy, milestones, and financial impact.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Product, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proactively surface risks and dependencies and develop solutions.
- Build governance structures, implementation frameworks, and project plans that scale.
- Analyze performance data to generate insights and inform decisions.
- Develop executive-level reporting, KPIs, and financial analyses for leadership.
