Requirements

  • 1-4+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of Admissions and/or Sales Reps
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to operate in a high-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in behavioral health (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HIPAA policies (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators facilitating inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage hiring, training, and performance reviews for the team.
  • Coordinate schedules and workload distribution to ensure efficient service levels.
  • Ensure consistent, timely communication to advance clients into Charlie Health’s program.
  • Address and resolve concerns from clients, families, and referral sources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs for time-to-admission and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement best practices across the Admissions and Discharge process.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership to report on team performance.
