- 1-4+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of Admissions and/or Sales Reps
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to operate in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience in behavioral health (preferred)
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators facilitating inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage hiring, training, and performance reviews for the team.
- Coordinate schedules and workload distribution to ensure efficient service levels.
- Ensure consistent, timely communication to advance clients into Charlie Health’s program.
- Address and resolve concerns from clients, families, and referral sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet KPIs for time-to-admission and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement best practices across the Admissions and Discharge process.
- Partner with Executive Leadership to report on team performance.
