SalaryThe total target base compensation for this role will be between $106,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $127,000 and $162,000 per year.

Requirements
- 5+ years of behavioral health experience.
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory position (3+ preferred).
- Independent mental health licensure (all disciplines welcome).
- Proven experience building, scaling, and performance-managing teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience leading change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to energize, motivate, and build rapport at all levels of an organization.
- Availability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Access to reliable technology for uninterrupted, confidential telehealth services.
Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and lead a high-performing clinical admissions team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff.
- Provide individual and group supervision to masters-level clinicians to support their development.
- Monitor team performance against metrics and lead through coaching and accountability.
- Oversee intake and assessments for national virtual intensive outpatient programming (IOP).
- Ensure completion of HIPAA-compliant virtual biopsychosocial assessments.
- Conduct monthly chart audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Drive change management initiatives and refine processes to improve speed and conversion as the organization grows.
- Collaborate across departments including Clinical Leadership, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle Management.
