Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
- 12-15 years of biopharma industry experience.
- 8-12+ years of prior experience leading an oncology sales team.
- Proven track record leading product launches, ideally in NSCLC oncology.
- Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling sales teams from inception.
- Experience in small to midsize biotech space.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% for meetings, training, and programs.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of 8 Sales Representatives to exceed quarterly performance targets.
- Design and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage key business relationships with major health systems, practice networks, and GPOs.
- Analyze sales data to build launch plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial training, and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure sales activities comply with corporate policies and ethical standards.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to sales staff to drive performance and talent development.
