Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; MA/MS or advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
  • 12-15 years of biopharma industry experience.
  • 8-12+ years of experience leading an oncology sales team.
  • Proven track record of success leading product launches, ideally in NSCLC.
  • Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling sales teams from inception.
  • Experience in small to midsize biotech space.
  • Ability to travel ~50% of the time for meetings, training, and programs.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team of 8 representatives.
  • Design and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key area-level healthcare accounts and practice networks.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize product utilization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize market insights and sales data to inform strategy and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure team compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards.
