Requirements
- BA/BS degree required; MA/MS or advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD) preferred.
- 12-15 years of biopharma industry experience.
- 8-12+ years of experience leading an oncology sales team.
- Proven track record of success leading product launches, ideally in NSCLC.
- Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling sales teams from inception.
- Experience in small to midsize biotech space.
- Ability to travel ~50% of the time for meetings, training, and programs.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team of 8 representatives.
- Design and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage and grow relationships with key area-level healthcare accounts and practice networks.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize product utilization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Utilize market insights and sales data to inform strategy and quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure team compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards.
