Requirements
- 5+ years of behavioral health experience.
- Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
- Independent mental health licensure.
- Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory position (3+ preferred).
- Proven experience building, scaling, hiring for, and performance-managing teams in high-growth or high-volume environments.
- Experience leading change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to assemble details in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work a varied schedule that may include days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Access to reliable technology for uninterrupted, confidential, and compliant telehealth services.
Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and lead a high-performing clinical admissions team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding managers, leads, therapists, and associates.
- Provide individual and group supervision to masters-level clinicians to promote growth and clinical development.
- Monitor performance metrics, set clear goals, and provide coaching to maintain team accountability and engagement.
- Oversee intake and assessments for virtual intensive outpatient programs, ensuring clinically appropriate admissions and accurate level-of-care determinations.
- Drive operational efficiency by minimizing time from assessment to treatment start and identifying process bottlenecks.
- Perform monthly chart audits to ensure documentation compliance and maintain high clinical quality standards.
- Lead change management initiatives to scale admissions processes, workflows, and policies effectively as the organization grows.
