Requirements

  • 7+ years of Enterprise (closing) Sales experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of DevOps products or developer workflows.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations.
  • Expertise in navigating consultative sales cycles with Executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with Land & Expand SaaS sales strategy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a workload efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
  • Ability to travel 25% to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary relationship owner for large enterprise accounts within assigned territory.
  • Develop comprehensive territory and account plans and drive outbound pipeline generation.
  • Ensure seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly through proactive account management.
  • Coordinate with pre- and post-sales engineering, customer success, and support teams.
  • Communicate value proposition effectively to C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineers to deliver business and technical value.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams like marketing, product support, and developer relations.
