Requirements
- 7+ years of Enterprise (closing) Sales experience.
- Strong technical understanding of DevOps products or developer workflows.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations.
- Expertise in navigating consultative sales cycles with Executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with Land & Expand SaaS sales strategy.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a workload efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
- Ability to travel 25% to 50% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary relationship owner for large enterprise accounts within assigned territory.
- Develop comprehensive territory and account plans and drive outbound pipeline generation.
- Ensure seamless adoption of LaunchDarkly through proactive account management.
- Coordinate with pre- and post-sales engineering, customer success, and support teams.
- Communicate value proposition effectively to C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with solutions engineers to deliver business and technical value.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams like marketing, product support, and developer relations.
