Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales, business development, or account management within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial processes, ideally related to precision grinding or surface finishing.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in complex technical markets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear customer value.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and production teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regional and international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging industrial customers and generating qualified sales leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling and long-term partnership development.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings to promote solutions.
  • Collaborate with application engineers, R&D, production, and sales teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure successful adoption and performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and document customer interactions and insights.
  • Share market knowledge and customer feedback across internal teams to improve sales performance.
