Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, fleet management, or operations support.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
  • Experience with reporting and building dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting a distributed field service or multi-location organization preferred.
  • Familiarity with fleet management platforms and telematics systems preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and credit applications.
  • Maintain vendor records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Manage fleet administration including vehicle ordering, registration, and disposal for a fleet of over 500 vehicles.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance trends, and telematics reporting.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Excel to analyze procurement spend and operational trends.
  • Manage purchase requests and enforce compliance with approval workflows.
