Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, fleet management, or operations support.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
- Experience with reporting and building dashboards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience supporting a distributed field service or multi-location organization preferred.
- Familiarity with fleet management platforms and telematics systems preferred.
- Experience with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding, vendor setup, and credit applications.
- Maintain vendor records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Manage fleet administration including vehicle ordering, registration, and disposal for a fleet of over 500 vehicles.
- Monitor fleet utilization, maintenance trends, and telematics reporting.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Excel to analyze procurement spend and operational trends.
- Manage purchase requests and enforce compliance with approval workflows.
