  • Proven experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and patience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Fluency in tools and resources, with heavy reliance on Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to embrace change and departmental growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individualized orientations to educate caregivers on available benefits, enrollment, and maximization.
  • Provide accrual status and process sick time through Empeon and Medflyt.
  • Complete employment verifications using Salesforce, Empeon, and Knowledge Base.
  • Document clear call summaries and action items in Talk Desk.
  • Manage reimbursements, commuter benefit forms, and HRA deposits in the FlexFacts portal.
  • Resolve inquiries via email and phone lines within established service level agreements.
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to ensure accurate data entry and first-contact resolution.
