Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Proven experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and patience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Fluency in tools and resources, with heavy reliance on Excel.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to embrace change and departmental growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individualized orientations to educate caregivers on available benefits, enrollment, and maximization.
- Provide accrual status and process sick time through Empeon and Medflyt.
- Complete employment verifications using Salesforce, Empeon, and Knowledge Base.
- Document clear call summaries and action items in Talk Desk.
- Manage reimbursements, commuter benefit forms, and HRA deposits in the FlexFacts portal.
- Resolve inquiries via email and phone lines within established service level agreements.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to ensure accurate data entry and first-contact resolution.
