Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting federal procurement, acquisition, or contracting operations in a government or government contractor environment.
- Working knowledge of FAR regulations and federal procurement systems such as FBMS, PRISM, and FPDS.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
- Ability to obtain HSPD-12 PIV credentials and pass a federal background investigation.
Responsibilities
- Support federal procurement operations by running and analyzing reports in systems such as FBMS and related procurement platforms to track performance, obligations, and small business goals.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of procurement templates, standard operating procedures, and acquisition documentation.
- Maintain SharePoint sites and internal repositories containing training materials, policies, forms, and procurement resources.
- Support the coordination of procurement training sessions, compliance tracking, and virtual outreach or small business engagement events.
- Contribute to the preparation and refinement of acquisition documents including market research reports, acquisition plans, and source selection materials.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to contracting officers and program management teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities.
- Help ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and alignment with federal acquisition standards and requirements.
