Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, customer engagement, or fundraising operations.
- Experience supporting or implementing fundraising tools like donation forms, campaigns, or CRMs.
- Proficient in Excel with mastery of data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Tech savvy with the ability to manage multiple software tools simultaneously.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience providing technical and customer support via email and calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt as a quick learner.
- Collaborative team player attitude.
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple customers (40+) simultaneously to manage and implement new clients and their data.
- Develop deep product knowledge of Keela and Raisely, including new features and fundraising best practices.
- Lead end-to-end fundraising implementations including donation form setup, campaign configuration, peer-to-peer setup, and payment processor support.
- Manipulate and transform data sets for import and export to ensure high data quality.
- Provide fundraising and donor management expertise through consultative configuration and training.
- Manage projects to deliver high-quality solutions on-time and within scope.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product teams to improve platform functionality.
- Collaborate across Services, Customer Success, and Sales to coordinate project execution.
