Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Cisco Partner Tools (e.g., CCW-R, CCW).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills preferred.
- Strong analytical skills regarding client quotes, reports, and manufacturer data.
- Experience in identifying and positioning multi-year and co-term opportunities.
- Understanding of Information Technologies preferred.
- Knowledge in Annuities (EA, SaaS & Subscriptions) preferred.
- High level of professional detail-orientation and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute assigned Cisco renewal opportunities within commercial to enterprise-level accounts.
- Proactively engage Cisco support teams and build accurate quotes using CCW-R.
- Maintain accurate CRM data for renewal opportunities, pipeline forecasts, and client information.
- Deliver accurate renewal quotes compliant with Cisco partner program guidelines and established SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify multi-year and co-term opportunities to drive upsell and expansion.
- Facilitate post-renewal updates and data requests with appropriate internal teams.
- Support customer lifecycle needs throughout the duration of the renewal term.
