Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS, national advisory firm, or comparable environment.
- Demonstrated track record leading quality of earnings, net working capital, and full-scope due diligence engagements.
- Deep command of US GAAP in transaction contexts, including EBITDA normalization and debt structuring.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA certification (active or eligible).
- Advanced Excel proficiency with experience handling large, complex datasets.
- Broad industry exposure across middle-market sectors like manufacturing, technology, and business services.
- Strong ability to manage engagement timelines and prioritize high-stakes deal considerations.
- Experience managing and developing professional staff in a deal-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors, lenders, and corporate acquirers.
- Direct quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, debt identification, and cash flow reviews.
- Manage end-to-end engagement execution including scoping, workplan design, and milestone delivery.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, leading management interviews and presenting key findings to stakeholders.
- Manage and coach deal teams, providing real-time feedback to Senior Associates and VPs.
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to TAS practice intellectual capital.
