Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media planning and/or campaign management.
- BA/BS degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and a client-satisfaction mindset.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Managed service and DSP/exchange experience is preferred.
- Programmatic experience is a plus.
- Healthcare advertising experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns including display, mobile/tablet, OTT, pre-roll video, lead generation, and custom sponsorships.
- Monitor daily delivery metrics, provide optimization recommendations, and ensure KPIs are met to secure renewals and incremental budgets.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops and Publisher Development teams to analyze performance metrics and develop optimization strategies.
- Develop robust reporting and deliver performance updates to clients.
- Assist the Sales team in upselling products and closing new business.
- Respond to RFPs by developing media strategies and creating proposals in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Dissect brand briefs to align client goals with product offerings.
- Leverage DMPs for audience segmentation, inventory forecasting, and 1st party data library management.
- Manage DSP client relationships and assist with growth.
