Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media planning and/or campaign management.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a client-satisfaction mindset.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Managed service and DSP/exchange experience is preferred.
  • Programmatic experience is a plus.
  • Healthcare advertising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end digital media campaigns including display, mobile/tablet, OTT, pre-roll video, lead generation, and custom sponsorships.
  • Monitor daily delivery metrics, provide optimization recommendations, and ensure KPIs are met to secure renewals and incremental budgets.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops and Publisher Development teams to analyze performance metrics and develop optimization strategies.
  • Develop robust reporting and deliver performance updates to clients.
  • Assist the Sales team in upselling products and closing new business.
  • Respond to RFPs by developing media strategies and creating proposals in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dissect brand briefs to align client goals with product offerings.
  • Leverage DMPs for audience segmentation, inventory forecasting, and 1st party data library management.
  • Manage DSP client relationships and assist with growth.
