Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, finance, sales strategy, or similar analytical and strategic roles.
- Strong experience in go-to-market strategy, ideally with exposure to new product launches or product-led growth environments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior and executive-level audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear business narratives.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with data tools such as SQL, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience using modern AI or productivity tools to accelerate analysis and execution is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, working within cross-functional “New Product Pods” to ensure successful scaling and adoption.
- Develop end-to-end strategic frameworks for product success, including market analysis, customer insights, and execution planning across sales and GTM teams.
- Drive mission-critical strategic initiatives by structuring complex problems, building hypotheses, and conducting deep analytical work to inform decisions.
- Gather and synthesize customer, market, and industry insights to influence product direction, investment decisions, and sales strategy.
- Build business cases and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support growth of new product lines.
- Identify performance gaps and operational inefficiencies, recommending improvements to increase productivity and execution effectiveness.
- Support annual and multi-year planning processes, including resource allocation and revenue growth forecasting for new products.
- Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making and business priorities.
