Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with experience handling large data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Proven experience building trusting relationships and influencing executive audiences.
- Self-starter capability in fast-paced, ambiguous, hyper-growth environments.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborative orientation and ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: MBA degree.
- Preferred: Proficiency with SQL, DataBricks, or BigQuery.
- Preferred: Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gong.
- Preferred: Experience in GTM strategy focused on new products.
- Preferred: Spanish language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM sales strategy and execution for new product launches within New Product Pods.
- Own end-to-end strategic understanding and executive messaging for priority product launches.
- Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and conduct data-driven analyses to drive actionable recommendations.
- Synthesize market, industry, and customer trends to guide GTM investment decisions.
- Develop strategic business cases outlining opportunities, rationale, and operational plans.
- Support 3-year and annual planning by identifying growth opportunities and resource allocation needs.
- Present insights and growth updates to Samsara leadership.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing to build cross-functional relationships.
