Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations or other analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Proven experience building trusting relationships and influencing others, including executive audiences.
- Self-starter capability to thrive and multitask in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working with large data sets (DataBricks, BigQuery, SQL) is preferred.
- Experience in GTM Strategy with a focus on new products is preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, or Gong is preferred.
- MBA is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the GTM sales strategy and execution for new product launches as part of a New Product Pod.
- Own end-to-end strategic understanding of new products and coordinate pod efforts and executive messaging.
- Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and conduct analyses to turn data into actionable insights.
- Translate customer/market trends into strategic guidance for investment decisions across GTM functions.
- Develop strategic business cases outlining rationale, market opportunity, and operational plans for new products.
- Drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and support annual planning.
- Present updates and insights related to new product growth to company leadership.
