Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Expertise supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and forecasting.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with Sales and Finance stakeholders.
  • Salesforce administration proficiency.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets.
  • Experience with automation tools, preferably n8n.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
  • Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the AMER region.
  • Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks to track regional sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Automation team to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive operational excellence.
