Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Expertise supporting AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and forecasting.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with Sales and Finance stakeholders.
- Salesforce administration proficiency.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Experience with automation tools, preferably n8n.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
- Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
- Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the AMER region.
- Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks to track regional sales performance.
- Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Automation team to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive operational excellence.
