Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, strategy, or business operations.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or fintech companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Experience running operational processes that stakeholders depend on, such as commissions, forecasting, or deal desk.
  • Comfort using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proficiency with BI tools.
  • Genuine fluency with AI tools in daily workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions.
  • Bias toward action and an ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales operating cadence, including commissions, quota and attainment tracking, deal desk support, and weekly sales manager meeting processes.
  • Deliver analyses ending in recommendations for pipeline health, conversion trends, capacity planning, and segment performance.
  • Partner with sales leadership to implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Grow into ownership of target account strategy and AE book-of-business planning.
  • Automate recurring work using AI-forward tools.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and CS teams.
