Requirements

  • Experience leading product strategy and execution for complex software products.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, and MCPs.
  • Hands-on ability to create prototypes, workflows, or technical proofs of concept.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on technical architecture, APIs, and developer workflows.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on solving real user problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English to drive influence.
  • Experience in fast-paced organizations emphasizing experimentation and iteration.
  • Background in CMS, developer platforms, AI products, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VTEX CMS.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve content creation, management, and personalization.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to build enterprise-grade content management experiences.
  • Rapidly validate ideas through prototypes, proofs of concept, and experimentation.
  • Leverage modern AI development workflows to accelerate product discovery and specification.
  • Partner with customers to understand content operations, publishing workflows, and business challenges.
  • Drive product decisions through customer insights, market research, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to ensure seamless CMS integration with commerce services.
  • Stay current on trends in AI, developer tooling, and digital experience to identify competitive advantages.
  • Define success metrics and measure product impact, adoption, and outcomes.
