Requirements
- Full-cycle product development expertise.
- Expertise implementing Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience creating and managing actionable backlogs.
- Ability to assess business/market requirements and convert them into backlogs.
- Thorough understanding of project planning, resourcing, and delivery.
- Executive level written and verbal communication skills.
- Success communicating with and influencing technical and business stakeholders.
- Data-minded and methodical approach to delivery accountability.
- 3 years of relevant product leadership experience.
- 3 years of managerial experience in agile product delivery.
- 1 year of consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Ability to travel occasionally (~1-2x/year).
Responsibilities
- Build high-performing account teams and lead them to deliver exceptional product outcomes.
- Implement an established account governance framework to manage client issues and escalations.
- Lead agile ceremonies and facilitate recurring alignment sessions regarding team health and KPIs.
- Manage project performance, processes, and delivery quality for cross-functional team members.
- Consult on technical needs and lead ramp-up activities for designated client engagements.
- Report to the Director, Product Development while maintaining 100% billable status.
