Requirements

  • Full-cycle product development expertise.
  • Expertise implementing Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience creating and managing actionable backlogs.
  • Ability to assess business/market requirements and convert them into backlogs.
  • Thorough understanding of project planning, resourcing, and delivery.
  • Executive level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Success communicating with and influencing technical and business stakeholders.
  • Data-minded and methodical approach to delivery accountability.
  • 3 years of relevant product leadership experience.
  • 3 years of managerial experience in agile product delivery.
  • 1 year of consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (~1-2x/year).

Responsibilities

  • Build high-performing account teams and lead them to deliver exceptional product outcomes.
  • Implement an established account governance framework to manage client issues and escalations.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and facilitate recurring alignment sessions regarding team health and KPIs.
  • Manage project performance, processes, and delivery quality for cross-functional team members.
  • Consult on technical needs and lead ramp-up activities for designated client engagements.
  • Report to the Director, Product Development while maintaining 100% billable status.
