Responsibilities
- Drive continuous customer discovery and synthesize findings into prioritized opportunities.
- Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO/CPO.
- Build AI-powered product capabilities focused on cost efficiency and technical moats.
- Analyze product data to surface actionable insights while maintaining customer privacy.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to execute and ship features.
- Communicate product performance through data-informed, concise updates.
