  • 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales role, including cold calling.
  • Excellent English proficiency in both written and spoken formats.
  • Confident on the phone with the ability to handle objections and book meetings.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
  • Proficiency with tools including Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive.
  • Coachable, driven, and accountable to daily KPIs.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon FBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lead lists.
  • Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Drive show-up rates by executing consistent, professional follow-ups.
  • Accurately track all activity in the CRM.
  • Report on performance against daily KPIs.
