Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales role, including cold calling.
- Excellent English proficiency in both written and spoken formats.
- Confident on the phone with the ability to handle objections and book meetings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
- Proficiency with tools including Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive.
- Coachable, driven, and accountable to daily KPIs.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon FBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cold call Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lead lists.
- Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team.
- Drive show-up rates by executing consistent, professional follow-ups.
- Accurately track all activity in the CRM.
- Report on performance against daily KPIs.
