- Manage and develop the team managers running our outbound day-to-day
- Own the strategy across all outreach channels: cold calling, cold email campaigns, cold DMs, and prospecting
- Own team training and coaching: onboarding programs, skill development, and performance improvement plans
- Launch and test new initiatives for acquiring discovery calls
- Run weekly performance reviews with your managers
- Continuously improve scripts, templates, sequences, playbooks, and SOPs
- Oversee the prospecting engine: lead sourcing team, list building, enrichment, and segmentation
- Own the outbound tech stack and evaluate new tools
- Report weekly to the founders
