Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or healthcare industries is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing and driving post-sales revenue growth and client retention.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and expand accounts through long-term client success strategies.
- Skilled in negotiation and developing creative deal structures.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve challenges independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with experience delivering data-driven narratives in presentations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders at staffing agencies to help them achieve hiring goals.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve platform adoption and drive measurable client success.
- Collaborate with clients to implement effective campaigns, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver a seamless experience.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally by working with product, sales, and engineering teams to address client needs.
- Identify new opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer engagement, and scale success across the agency segment.
