  • Proven experience owning a corporate book of 25–35 accounts.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar revenue footprints.
  • Excellent presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to C-suite executives.
  • Strategic problem-solving history for complex client challenges.
  • Commercial experience in revenue retention, renewals, or expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize high-value clients using data to protect recurring revenue.
  • Execute high-impact business reviews with C-suite executives, aligning Toast products with ROI and growth.
  • Manage and maintain client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for feature expansion.
  • Analyze usage data and account health scores to demonstrate measurable value to clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to resolve complex client issues and provide feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure portfolio efficiency.
