- Proven experience owning a corporate book of 25–35 accounts.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar revenue footprints.
- Excellent presentation skills with executive presence.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to C-suite executives.
- Strategic problem-solving history for complex client challenges.
- Commercial experience in revenue retention, renewals, or expansion.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize high-value clients using data to protect recurring revenue.
- Execute high-impact business reviews with C-suite executives, aligning Toast products with ROI and growth.
- Manage and maintain client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for feature expansion.
- Analyze usage data and account health scores to demonstrate measurable value to clients.
- Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to resolve complex client issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure portfolio efficiency.
