Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience blending data analysis and project management or coordination.
- Solid finance literacy, including hands-on experience with payroll, invoicing, basic accounting, and GAAP concepts.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and dashboard creation.
- Strong written and spoken English for coordination with US stakeholders.
- Availability to work US hours from 8:00 to 4:30 MST.
- Highly proactive and detail-oriented approach to sensitive personnel and financial data.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, data, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Experience with Deel or Cadana is a plus.
- Experience with global contractor payroll and international entity operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools like Google Apps Script or macros is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Run biweekly payroll and process tax payments accurately and on time.
- Produce biweekly client invoices and reconcile billing documentation.
- Maintain team rosters and update daily attendance logs.
- Refresh the Springboard Dashboard and own the team Capacity Plan.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for team members.
- Liaise with local legal and accounting partners across global entities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
