Requirements
- Proven experience driving revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in utilizing revenue management systems and property management systems.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Demonstrated track record of formulating strategies to maximize revenue and exceed profitability goals.
- Excellent communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work overnight hours, Tuesday through Saturday, to align with U.S. business hours.
- Possess an owner mentality with a holistic understanding of property business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, monitor, and execute yield strategies to drive profitability and RevPAR Index growth.
- Forecast competitive set RevPAR changes for the next 90-120 days based on market and demand drivers.
- Monitor market performance and pivot strategies to ensure the portfolio achieves positive RevPAR Index change and meets financial forecasts.
- Distribute weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio pickup, strategy impact, and risk/upside analysis.
- Conduct forecasting processes to maintain financial forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
- Optimize Length-Of-Stay, Market Segment, and Source mix to drive Net Revenue and Operating Profit.
