Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience in roles such as product, operations, support, sales, consulting, or project management.
- High agency and grit; ability to navigate ambiguity and remove blockers without permission.
- Fluent with AI tools, specifically daily real-world use of Claude and/or Codex.
- Understanding of AI orchestration concepts: MCPs, skills, agents, and plugins.
- Proficiency with technical basics such as Git, the terminal, and n8n.
- Strong ability to decompose complex processes into AI-run steps.
- Proven experience in change management and earning team trust.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical ideas in plain words.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Map existing team workflows to identify bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Redesign processes by embedding AI, such as agents, automations, and Claude/Codex skills.
- Develop and implement tool-agnostic playbooks for new ways of working.
- Coach teams directly on using new AI-driven workflows to ensure adoption.
- Measure the success of engagements through improved cycle times, cost reduction, or new capabilities.
- Onboard newly acquired brands into central tools and support workflows.
