Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance, HR/people operations, or workflow automation in SaaS/tech environments.
- Proficiency in Claude Code is required.
- At least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, or Celigo.
- Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) platforms.
- Experience with version control, Git, and structured error handling.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and SuiteScript/workflow configuration.
- Ability to manage data modelling in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Excellent English communication and written skills.
- Strong AI literacy and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities using AI, machine learning, and RPA.
- Monitor the automation landscape and lead stakeholder alignment for tool adoption or deprecation.
- Perform risk management and predictive maintenance for Finance, HR, and Operations systems.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the ROI of automated solutions.
- Manage information security projects and support audit requirements such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
- Maintain system data integrity, backups, and availability.
- Provide system troubleshooting, documentation, and training to operational stakeholders.
- Coach the HRIS Manager on automation and AI integration strategies.
