Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance, HR/people operations, or workflow automation in SaaS/tech environments.
  • Proficiency in Claude Code is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, or Celigo.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR) and ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) platforms.
  • Experience with version control, Git, and structured error handling.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and SuiteScript/workflow configuration.
  • Ability to manage data modelling in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Excellent English communication and written skills.
  • Strong AI literacy and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities using AI, machine learning, and RPA.
  • Monitor the automation landscape and lead stakeholder alignment for tool adoption or deprecation.
  • Perform risk management and predictive maintenance for Finance, HR, and Operations systems.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the ROI of automated solutions.
  • Manage information security projects and support audit requirements such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
  • Maintain system data integrity, backups, and availability.
  • Provide system troubleshooting, documentation, and training to operational stakeholders.
  • Coach the HRIS Manager on automation and AI integration strategies.
