Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, or related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance, HR/people operations, or workflow automation in fast-paced/SaaS companies.
  • Proficiency in Claude Code, with familiarity in SuiteScript, workflow configuration, or Javascript.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite OneWorld (or comparable ERP) in a multi-entity, multi-currency setup.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one satellite finance/ops tool (e.g., Sigma, Spiff, Yokoy, Deel).
  • Strong knowledge of automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, or Celigo.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), structured error handling, and release note management.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems such as BambooHR or Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Professional accounting credentials (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) or NetSuite certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities using AI, machine learning, and RPA to streamline operations.
  • Monitor the automation and AI landscape and manage stakeholder alignment for the adoption or deprecation of tooling.
  • Perform predictive maintenance and risk assessment for Finance, HR, and Operations systems.
  • Define and monitor key metrics like efficiency gains to measure the ROI of automated solutions.
  • Implement technical solutions for information security and support security audits such as ISO27001/SOC2.
  • Maintain system exports, backups, and data retention policies to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide system training, troubleshoot finance-system issues, and maintain operational runbooks.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to implement automation within HR systems.
