Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience shipping production AI/LLM systems used by real users.
- Advanced proficiency in an AI-native coding workflow as a primary development environment (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- Expertise in at least one domain with broad proficiency across infrastructure, backend, data, and frontend stacks.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage AI initiatives independently from discovery to delivery across parallel client engagements.
- Proficiency in preferred stack: Terraform, Python, Snowflake, and React.
- Experience in fintech, private capital, or healthcare data systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with data engineering tools including dbt, Airflow, and AWS data services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop multi-step LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration systems for production use.
- Build client-facing, AI-embedded web applications using Python/FastAPI backends and React frontends.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Translate complex business requirements into AI-first technical proposals for CFOs and General Partners.
- Define and implement AI quality standards, guardrails, and observability for all client engagements.
