Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in software engineering
- Strong full-stack experience with React and Node.js
- Hands-on work in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Expert-level knowledge in AI agent development, backend/frontend development, cloud services/CI/CD, or SRE/testing strategy
- Proven experience delivering secure, cloud-native systems to production
- Experience with Secure SDLC and privacy by design
- High level of ownership and strong problem-solving skills
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
- Polish proficiency at C1 level
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components in a cloud environment
- Building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions to support fast and secure iterations
- Applying Secure SDLC principles and a privacy-by-design approach throughout the entire development process
- Working closely with product teams, UX, and domain experts to deliver measurable business value
- Using modern LLM (Large Language Model) patterns such as RAG, routing, tool-use, and evals to improve solution quality, trust, and cost efficiency
- Co-creating system architecture, mentoring engineers, and taking responsibility for larger technical initiatives
