Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant full-stack work.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience with direct database integration and API design.
- Experience designing centralized business logic layers reusable across multiple platforms.
- Database expertise in schema design and PostgreSQL query optimization.
- Production experience with real-time web technologies like WebSockets, SSE, or WebRTC.
- Deep understanding of web performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with state management at scale using libraries like Zustand, Redux, or Jotai.
- Proficiency in systems-level programming with focus on memory management, profiling, and benchmarking.
- Experience building robust file processing systems including media compression and conversion.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, and observability.
Responsibilities
- Participate in shaping the technical vision for rebuilding the asset management platform from scratch.
- Design centralized data architecture with direct database integration and shared business logic.
- Make critical architectural decisions regarding tech stack selection, state management, and performance strategy.
- Define team coding standards and collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements.
- Build modern React-based applications with real-time capabilities.
- Design and optimize performance-critical operations using systems-level programming such as Rust or Zig.
- Implement WASM modules for browser-based file processing.
- Develop background job processing systems for asynchronous workflows.
