Scrum Master/Project Coordinator

Work with the team to follow proper Scrum process
Drive and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies ensuring that they take place, are time boxed and that attendees understand their purpose
Monitor project progress using metrics and KPIs
Help the Development Team to create high-value products
Remove impediments to the Development Teams’ progress
Manage relationships within the team, between team and the client, and between other stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Manage
Conduct meetings, preparing meeting notes and follow-ups
