Requirements
- Previous experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
- Strong understanding of Australian residential lending processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with commercial lending (highly desirable)
- Experience with asset and equipment finance (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Mercury Nexus, Infynity, Salestrekker, MyCRM or similar (highly desirable)
- Experience dealing with Australian lenders and aggregators (highly desirable)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package residential, commercial, and asset finance loan applications
- Collect, review, and organise supporting documents
- Submit applications to lenders and monitor progress
- Follow up with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, accountants, and clients
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Order valuations and track outstanding requirements
- Assist with settlements and post-settlement administration
- Liaise with clients via email and phone
- Provide updates on loan application progress
- Schedule appointments and manage broker calendars
