Requirements
- Experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers
- Exposure to ApplyOnline and Quickli
- Experience with mortgage broking CRMs
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to follow up parties without prompting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files at different stages
- Proficiency with lender portals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Stable work-from-home setup including reliable internet and professional workspace
Responsibilities
- Review loan application documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and organise client files prior to submission
- Follow up clients/brokers for outstanding documents and information
- Complete data entry and maintain CRM / loan processing systems
- Check supporting documents against lender requirements and policy
- Assist with servicing calculators, application packaging, and submission prep
- Liaise with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, valuers, and other parties
- Track application progress and update notes, statuses, and stakeholders
- Assist with post-approval / settlement coordination tasks
- Ensure files are compliant, complete, and audit-ready
