Requirements
- 2–3 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
- Experience with CRM software, specifically Broker Engine and Flex.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Client-focused attitude.
- Proactive approach to managing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and verify all client documentation including income, ID, and financial statements.
- Complete and submit accurate loan applications in line with lender requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end loan pipeline from submission through to settlement.
- Track application progress, conditions, and deadlines.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, clients, and third parties to ensure efficient processing.
- Provide brokers with timely status updates and communicate professionally with clients.
- Ensure loan files meet all regulatory and lender requirements.
