Requirements
- Experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or a similar administrative/client-facing role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneously
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior remote work experience is mandatory
- Fluent with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar)
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies
Responsibilities
- Manage residential loan files from application through closing
- Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate directly with clients to request documents and provide status updates
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to move files forward efficiently
- Ensure files meet compliance guidelines and submission standards
- Maintain organized digital records and consistently update CRM/loan systems
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelines
