Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Track record of closing seven-figure deals ($1M+ ARR).
  • Success managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales processes.
  • Familiarity with the construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor space.
  • Experience working with private equity or investment firms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Ability to lead technical demos and align solutions with customer challenges.
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time to meet with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement to close for high-value enterprise deals.
  • Build and deepen strategic partnerships with large enterprises, private equity, and investment firms.
  • Articulate and demonstrate BuildOps' value proposition, ROI, and transformative impact.
  • Develop account-based strategies in collaboration with SDR, Sales Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Uncover portfolio-wide opportunities by working with PE and investment firm partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to create compelling narratives for prospects.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets of $1M+ ARR.
