Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing outbound B2B sales organizations.
  • Accountability for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.
  • Deep expertise in B2B marketing, specifically within SaaS, account-based marketing (ABM), or demand generation.
  • Experience selling across transactional and enterprise sales motions.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, or B2B intent platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM reporting, pipeline analytics, and forecasting tools.
  • Proven success partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Experience with intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize, optimize, and improve a repeatable outbound sales process to consistently convert pipeline into revenue.
  • Develop and scale best practices, evolving the organization from high-volume prospecting to account-based selling.
  • Coach Sales Directors and Account Executives through disciplined pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting, and performance management.
  • Partner with Marketing to align outbound/inbound strategies, leverage intent data, and improve lead quality.
  • Represent StackAdapt externally by speaking at industry events and strengthening market presence.
  • Champion the use of AI-powered prospecting and modern sales technologies to improve productivity.
