- Hands-on plaintiff personal injury experience
- Direct experience drafting PI demand letters and packages
- Strong skills in independent medical record and bill review
- Ability to spot gaps, inconsistencies, and missing documentation
- Experience preparing demand packages from intake to assembly
- Proficiency with case management systems, specifically Filevine
- Capability to operate in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities
- Strong written English skills for attorney-facing communications
- Experience with EvenUp or similar demand platforms (nice to have)
- Familiarity with California PI workflows (nice to have)
- Ability to draft 15–30+ demands per month while maintaining quality
Responsibilities
- Independently review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation to ensure demand-ready accuracy
- Verify billing and treatment timelines, identifying dates, providers, and potential gaps
- Build and organize complete demand packages with properly labeled supporting exhibits
- Identify missing records, bills, liens, or key documents and communicate needs
- Navigate disorganized or incomplete case files to locate relevant information
- Support demand submission workflows using platforms like EvenUp
- Manage multiple active demands to meet high-volume deadlines
- Track and update case status within a case management system
