Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple conferences and events simultaneously from strategy through execution.
- Hands-on experience with event platforms, lead capture technology, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze event performance, deliver data-driven insights, and optimize for ROI.
- Experience supporting sales teams with pipeline-driving field marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for on-site event execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of all external conferences, trade shows, and field marketing events.
- Develop event strategies including market segment analysis and regional expansion priorities.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth design, collateral, shipping, and lead capture.
- Build and execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement.
- Partner with marketing operations to track, measure, and report on event ROI, pipeline, and closed revenue.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on event goals, booth staffing, and prospect follow-up strategies.
